Great Wall Marathon Cake

It's Taevan's daddy's birthday today. Daddy Geoff is an ardent marathon runner. He is joining the Beijing Great Wall Marathon this coming May. Mummy wants to give him a pleasant surprise ;o)

1kg Moist Chocolate Cake covered with chocolate fondant (he is really lucky as I didn't charge extra for the chocolate fondant since it's a left over from the wedding cake I just did).

Golf Theme 50th Birthday Cake & Cupcakes

This is my final project before I take my leave tomorrow. A golf theme 50th birthday cake present to the birthday boy who celebrates his birthday at the Royal Selangor Golf Club this evening. Suggestions given to me for this cake were wine class, bottle, birthday boy figurines with 3 pretty girls in bikinis, cigars and this is what I came up with. Everything in this cake is edible except for the 'satay skewer' and toothpicks as flag pole and the wine bottle candle.

2-tier 3-recipe moist chocolate cake layered with chocolate ganache and frosted with buttercream before being covered with fondant. Size: 6"x4" and 9"x4"

with 100 standard souffle vanilla butter cupcakes decorated with crusting buttercream, fondant golf balls and pins, gumpaste flag numbered 1-17. No. 18 is on top of the cake.

Johari's Tennis Theme Birthday Cake

This cake was ordered by Ms Faridah Stephens for her son's birthday.
1-1/2 recipe vanilla buttercake with butter icing. Tennis court is fondant and Johari and his the rest are gumpaste with royal icing. Price: RM110.
