Chilled Durian Cheesecake

Joy loves durian so much. She has been dreaming about a durian cake for a long time. Upon her request I searched and bought a recipe book containing this yummy melt in the mouth durian cheesecake. However, it turned out rather flat on a 9" round loose-bottom pan. It would look better if it was done in a 8" round pan instead.
Description: biscuit crust base with mashed durian flesh and cream cheese
