Cinderella Carriage Cake

This cake is for princess Leia's 10-year old sister, Alyssa who was having a joint party with Leia at Royale Bintang, The Curve this afternoon.
2-recipe Red Velvet Cake filled with chocolate ganache and peanut butter.

I personally delivered the cakes with my delivery guy just because of the wheels of the carriage. They had little support due to the size of the bottom cake being too narrow. Phew..the cake arrive in one piece without any mishap.
I met up with mummy Mariana and had a nice chat with her before taking this photo. The cakes got lost among the huge cardboard figurines ;o)

Priya's 21st Birthday with Cinderella

Priya turned 21st yesterday!!!
She requested for Cinderella to be on top of her cake. It's a 4kg Choc Chip Prune Cake with fondant. Her boyfriend ordered the cake as a gift to her. The whole family came to my house to discuss the order ;p
6"x4" and 10"x4" squares. Gumpaste Cinderella and bow.

Cinderella Doll Cake

My good friend and neighbor ordered this cake for her daughter's 10th birthday. Bahiyah wanted a Cinderella cake but she doesn't like fondant. So, this is what I came up with.
2-recipe Jaffa Chocolate Cake with crusting buttercream skirt and fondant accents.
Note: This design is only available for buttercake/chocolate cake/sugee cake.
