Just baked this rich fruit cupcake in a jumbo 'Nut & Party' cup 2 days ago. Wrapping it up to mature. Going to decorate it next week and post the completely constructed and packed fruit cupcake once it is ready.
Meantime, planning to bake more of them as Christmas gifts. If you are interested, please order now as the longer the maturing time the nicer is the fruit cupcake.
Note: This is a super rich recipe which contains lots of dried fruits, walnut and alcohol.
I'm not sure of pricing for the time being. It's estimated at RM12 dressed in fondant and packed in a square cookie container. Please check later for pricing.
