My First Ever Ice-Cream Cake

The first ever ice-cream cake done by me. Hard pressed for time yet had to fulfill promise to the children at a home that I'll showed them how to do an ice-cream cake. So, I used Nestle strawberry flavored (the children's choice) ice-cream instead of making the ice-cream from scratch.

The cake is wrapped in vanilla sponge cake and covered with non-dairy chocolate cream. This cake weighs 1.2 kg and selling price is RM50. For home-made ice-cream (with cooked egg yolk for those who are concern), price will be RM75.
