Size of cake: 6"x4", 10"x4" and 14"x3"
Flavor: Apple Yogurt Cake
Icing: frosted and layered with crusting buttercream before covering with fondant.
Decorations: fondant strips with royal icing piping; gumpaste bows
At the hotel. The banquet manager was getting champagne glasses to elevate the cake! Not sure whether it worked as the cake was so heavy that it needed 2 guys to carry it.
Customer's comment: The cake was really beautiful and tastes really good. Even better than the 1st time I tasted it, in my opinion. Will definitely be ordering more in the future.
