A 3-Recipe Cake for 3 Girls' Birthday Celebration

This should be the largest 1-layer birthday cake I've done so far. It's a 3-recipe moist chocolate cake sandwiched with chocolate ganache and iced and decorated with crusting buttercream and fondant letters. Barbie and Winnie The Pooh are edible printed sugar images.

Sizes of cake: Two 6" round and one 12" round.
