Did this cake for an ex-colleague's birthday cum house warming party. It started with a 9" vanilla sponge cake but after all the layering and icing it ended up being a 10" 2.8kg cake! Everyone at the party loved it.
Description: Vanilla sponge cake sandwiched with cream cheese beaten with fresh cream and dark pitted cherries. The whole cake was then covered with fresh cream in a basket weave pattern and finally topped with a layer of jelly and some dark pitted cherries for decoration.
Price: RM75 excluding delivery charge.
