This class is ideal for enthusiast and hobbyist. Within a few hours you will learn a variety of sugar art skills with minimum usage of tools!
You will be taught (hands on):
- frosting pre-baked cupcakes for covering with fondant
- creating design on fondant with embossing tools
- make your own gum paste
- figurine modelling using gum paste
- making sugar roses
- using lustre dust
- simple royal icing brush embroidery method
