Customer's feedback: Hi Faith, the fondant and ganache was a tad bit too sweet for the older folks, but some of the kids loved it. For me, it was alright as the cake itself was not too sweet, so the fondant complimented it. But it was painful too see some people eat the cake and throw the icing away :( Anyway thx, everyone said it was beautiful though ;)
Faith: Don't feel bad if people throw away fondant. It's the usual practice. Some people may be adverse to sugar ;)
