Logan travels where his work carries him. His sister thought a world map cake would be nice for his 29th birthday. She has made little flags and will place them around the map herself.
Size: 3-recipe rectangle moist chocolate cake
Icing: chocolate ganache frosting and fondant cover
Deco: white chocolate, gumpaste, and RI.
