Apple Apricot Cake

This is a new recipe I just tried. It is very moist, not too sweet and a tiny little bit sourish taste (from the apricots). Ideal for those who do not like the taste and smell of butter or milk.

I've added some almond flakes on top of each cake. I ate them with a cup of white coffee without sugar. Yummy ;o)
