Cheese Cupcakes

My son, Victor had been bugging me to make him cheesecakes for he like them very much. I saw these aluminium baking cups in a nearby bakery supply store. So, I decided to try baking the cheesecake in them. They turned out real well. This recipe makes 19 for this height but I'll go for 18 cups instead as I think it will look nicer if the cakes rise higher.
Price: RM2.40 each with minimum order of 18 cups.
You could also request for them to be turned into cupcake cake decorated with fresh cream.
