Eggless Fruit Cupcakes

These jumbo "Nut & Party" cup fruit cupcakes were done a month ago. I decorated them yesterday as Christmas gifts to my CG members and friends. The fruit cakes were covered with fondant. Christmas trees and choir boys and girls were all made with fondant.

I have a confession to make. The fruit cakes were eggless by accident. I forgot to add the egg in the batter. However, I tasted one and it's really good as those with eggs.



I only managed to get one close-up clear and the rest of the photos had to be thrown out.
