Duration: 4 hours

Time: 10:00am - 2:00pm

Date: 9 November 2013 (Tmn Melawati) & 16 November 2013 (Kota Damasara)

Price: RM300

Students will learn:

- to color fondant and proper way of kneading fondant to avoid air bubbles

- to cover a 6" dummy with fondant and make fondant ribbon for boarder

- to cover board and attach silk ribbon (tips on how to enhance overall look)

- how to make and color modelling paste to achieve the right tone of colors (demo with hands on)
- to mould Pooh, tree and honey pot

Things to bring:
Apron, rolling pin, fondant smoother, plastic scraper, sugar modeling tools, veined leave cutters, 2 paint brushes (one of which must be size no. 3/0), 1 small pastry brush, nozzle size 1A, fondant ribbon cutter or steel long ruler (at least 12"), pizza cutter, 3 tea towels.
