Nose Cake

Had been wanting to do a cake for my dear doctor friend, as an appreciation for his kindness towards me and my family. He is an ENT specialist faithfully serving humanity at a public hospital. I wanted to give him a surprise as well as a 'poke'.
It was the beginning of the week where there's the least pressure for me. I thoroughly enjoyed doing this cake. Even my interior designer, construction workers and also friend who dropped by while I was working found it amazing ;D
Single-recipe moist chocolate cake with chocolate ganache frosting. Nose is chocolate truffle minus the liqueur.
Dr Balwinder's feedback: After being photographed many times from many angles, it is now being eaten and tastes as good as it looks ;)
