Billiard Cake
'klak-kluk pow'...what's that?? head-scratching ;p Sara said this is a billiard/snooker language... Single-recipe American Chocolate Cake frosted with chocolate ganache and covered with fondant. Gumpaste balls and 'stick' (what do you call that? hehe...).
