Gift Cakes for Chinese New Year

Gong Xi Gong Xi Ni! Finally, I'm able to post again on this blog. I was buried in tonnes of flour, butter, eggs, etc. etc. etc. trying to finish all the cookie orders. As usual, bulk of the orders came in on the closing date and beyond driving my adrenalin crazy : } sigh.....

These are the four gift cakes ordered by a corporate client as give-away corporate gifts.

This reminds me of a traditional Chinese wedding more than a Chinese New Year ;p

This one has a more festive look ;o)
